Great value. I started using squalane by buying the biossance bottle at sephora which is insanely expensive. The first time I bought an 8 oz bottle from this brand I noticed the bottle was a perfect fit for the pump I had from the biossance one lol which btw still comes in a plastic bottle for a much heftier price tag. This is a great value brand that performs well. ive tried other "cheap" squalane, they arent all the same. Now I get the biggest size and decant it into glass pump bottles. I swear by this head to toe. I use it on my dry skin, as a light hair oil, an additive to lotions for hair masks. So multifunctional. Love this product.

I cannot be without this oil. I use it as a conditioner for my hair. Remember!! a little bit goes a LONG way. It is not greasy. Very light. A friend stated to me that my hair was pretty and shiny, plus it is very white. I appreciated the compliment because I know that I am accomplishing my goal. GOOD STUFF. My point--instead of being greasy it makes my hair look shinny, healthy, and easy to control.

I slide this on my skin after a shower, when my pores are still slightly open. Never using water temperature above tepid since that leaches your skin of much needed oils because the pores are widely opened. The slightly slick liquid smooths on without gooeyness or tackiness and soaks in within 15 to 20 minutes leaving your skin feeling moisturized. I use it straight from the bottle. Is this the most cost-effective manner? Who’s to say? We’re all different and have different skin needs. I’m just saying, if your skin needs it – use it.

I love having this large bottle of squalane at a decent price. I put about an ounce or so in a dropper bottle from a used up bottle of serum. I add three or so drops of squalene to my night moisturizer to add that additional moisturizing property for my mature and very dry skin. This allows me to buy a modestly-priced night cream and add squalene as I need. It's so much cheaper than buying an over-priced moisturizer with ingredients you can source at larger quantities, at a good price. Eight ounces of squalane will last me months - maybe a full year - saving a lot of money versus buying a moisturizer touting its squalane at a high price point. Squalane has a weird, but not unpleasant feel -- oily but somehow not really greasy. It does sit on the skin longer than a lot of other moisturizing ingredients, but I find it really helps keep my dry skin from flaking, it doesn't cause me any breakouts, and mixes seemlessly into most any of my other skin care products. I've carried this process over to include buying glyercin in a large bottle, which I mix into my moisturizer along with the added squalane. Squalane and glycerin are common top ingredients in most moisturizers, and there's no need to pay a premium for some moisturizers that are mostly these relatively inexpensive ingredients. Just save your serum dropper bottles so you can deliver a few drops of the products at a time.
