Uneven holes in the seive. Loose top gandle
Poor quality control. The seive holes are not centered, making steam to be less on one side. The top handle screw comes loose automatically. The lid fits internally on the cup so needs extreme force to unopen, since the heat expands the lid rim after cooking. Not recommended, specifically after charging additional delivery fee for prime members
