How do you drive these? What kind of adapter, socket or tool fits their square ends?

You could use 12-pt. sockets to turn them with (1/4"-drive or 3/8"-drive, depending on size). These extractors are imported (Taiwan), so you would need metric sockets to do that. Use a hammer to set them in the fastener first. Other possibilities are to use a tap handle from a tap-and-die set, or a small T-handle, if you have the room to turn them.

Could i get 1/4 grease fitting out?

Yes, I used it to get a 1/4" NPT out.

Can it remove the threaded part of a broken spark plug stuck inside the engine?

Yes you can, I did. I’m gonna write a review on these next week with pics. My plugs used a 5/8 socket to remove them. One broke, I used the 2nd to biggest extractor to get the threaded portion of the spark plug out, these square work better than the spiral.

Plugs break if you overtighten them or allow the socket to float By opened I'm assuming that you mean when it's removed, your valve guides are toast and are probably missing the seals and your rings are probably severely worn
