The filter change alert is a timed alert. To reset, power on the unit and depress the filter icon in the lower left hand side of control panel for 8 seconds. This will clear the alert. For additional assistance contact youfriends@guardiantechnologies.com

Q: How many filters come in replacement filter box ?

You will get one filter per box. If further assistance is needed please contact us at yourfriends@guardiantechnologies.com or at 866-603-5900 X213 M-F 8:30-4:30 EST.

Q: How often do you replace these filters??

I would say at least once a year. It really depends on how much dust there is in the room where it works. If there is lots of dirty air I would say every six months. The filters are not cheap so at least take a good look at six months. Sometimes you can take them out and shop vac them and shake them out if they are not too dirty.

Q: Does it also fit model ac4700b?

The replacement HEPA filter FLT9400 is for model AC9400. It will not fit in model AC4700. For additional assistance contact yourfriends@guardiantechnologies.com
