Homitex Bathroom Single Handle Waterfall Lavatory Faucet with Rectangular Spout Brushed Nickel

I bought 5 of these faucets for a house that we filled. They are nice and contemporary, but not overly modern, so they are perfect for when you're trying to sell a house and want to cater to most buyers' tastes. These look great, and they were not expensive, as many of the nicer faucets oftentimes are. I've bookmarked them to buy again for the next house.

It was harder to install than the Keyes faucet. Looks great and is up to date style wise.

I am very happy with my Homitex Single Handle Faucet.It was delivered on time and in a nice durable box. The faucet was wrapped in a padded bag to prevent it from being scratched and the cold and hot water hoses were packaged separately in a plastic bag. There was also a single sheet of instructions. I have never installed a faucet without help before but I wanted to give this a try. The faucet is a nice solid piece that is heavy and feels like a quality faucet not some cheap plated piece of plastic you see in stores that sells for cheap.The most important thing is to make sure you have the right type of sink basin for this faucet. Because it is single handed you don't want a sink that has a bunch of holes and is set up for a standard two knob and faucet fixture.The directions are very simple and relatively easy to follow although it took me a little effort to understand that I needed to unscrew the part with the pipe thread/securing nut/ and washers in order to get the hoses to screw into the faucet body. Also, I found it helpful to stabilize the hose and turn the faucet onto the hose to secure it. That was really the only part I struggled with. After you ensure your measurements are correct it is as easy as connecting the hoses and securing it in place.I am very happy that the faucet came with directions and one thing to point out is that the measurements are in mm so be certain you correct by a factor of 10 to use cm.I am very pleased with the faucet and the company. I feel like this is a nice piece that gives a modern look to any bathroom and I look forward to re-installing it in my new home as I am moving soon.

This Single Handle Waterfall faucet by Homitex is one of the most beautiful and inexpensive "upgrades" we've seen in a while.We had an upgrade to our bedroom faucet a few years ago with a beautiful American Faucet piece that was a dual handle.This one is a combination that you turn to the side to get either a hot or cold water dispensed.We had a bit of a problem at first getting this on because we needed a certain wrench that I didn't have, but it's all good now thanks to the neighbor.I can't speak more highly of this piece. It really looks wonderful.Faucet provided by the manufacturer for review.
