Pie carrier tote for a single pie, is cut on a scroll saw from a 1/2 inch Honey Locust board with Purple Heart steaks. This basket measures 12 1/2 x 12 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches high, and is designed to hold a 9 inch Pampered Chef pie plate, but any 9 inch pie plate will fit. The basket is shown with optional liner which is now wipe able and hot pad, and has handles for easy carrying, Pie plate not included. We seal our baskets with linseed oil to protect the wood. We use our basket for carrying our pies to family gatherings and Holiday parties.
