Die Qualität des Supports hat mich letztlich positiv überrascht.Was sich jedoch als problematisch herausstellte ist, dass die Software nur einzelne, bestimmte Arten von WAV-Dateien abspielen kann. Insbesondere bei Dateien von Philips VoiceTracern weigert sich das Programm und erkennt diese als „ungültig“. Auch die WAV-Dateien eines Noname-Diktiergerätes ließen sich nicht öffnen. Für den Einsatz dieser Software muss man daher sicherheitshalber den Kauf eines höherwertigen Diktiergeräts mit DSS oder DS2 Dateien einplanen.
