This product is amazing for my kids..No dragging shoelaces. My son avoided wearing some of his shoes since he hates traditional laces. A little bit of a bitch to set up but after that...PERFECT.

UPDATE: Customer service is great! I complained that they only sent on shoelace and they promptly sent me a new one. The only issue I have now is there are no instructions. It's "pretty" intuitive, however, I'm not sure how to end the laces after I've threaded them through the shoe. I put them through the clamp, but then the other piece - what do I do with it?

The adjustable mechanism on these is shoddy and won't hold the laces put. This is a knock-off of Lock Laces, but unlike the original, losing that grip means that you have to keep tightening your laces over and over. May as well just stick with tying them. I've ordered a couple more pairs of the real thing (Lock Laces) and threw these away.

My grandson has trouble with tying his shoes so this a wonderful thing for him. Thanks

This package came with NO directions! Just two strings, and four plastic pieces unattached. I now have to google how to lace this in a shoe. I wouldn't buy againEdited with new info...The black end piece broke off after using 3 times. We are ordering Hickies elastic pulls instead.
