A.A Ignition Coil Replacement for Johnson Evinrude Outboards 0582106, 0582366, 0581998, 0584561, 18-5176

Works great on the Johnson 115. I replaced two of them and she started up fine.

Haven’t used it yet but unbelievable that they didn’t spend anther 50 cents to put a boot on the end. The choice now is to find a boot and figure out how to connect it properly, buy another complete set of plug wires or return this and buy coil packs and wires separately.

Had a problem with misfire bought 3 coil and problems solved

Worked just as well as the oem coil pack.

Seemed fine upon delivery and install was simple enough. No spark on first coil so I pulled off the plug wire and the post from the coil came with it. I'm not convinced it was actually connected to anything inside the coil. Out of curiosity, I gave the post on the second coil a light tug with my fingers and had the same issue. At least returns are easy. Go with OEM and save yourself the time.

Product worked for a short period and went out of course after the return window closes.

3x the price as the other set I was looking at but came with plug wires ,had to order a set of plug wires for another $20 wires that came with set were junk and 2 of them fell apart would not recommend or buy again May just return them

They fell apart before the were even installed.
