Yes, but the top roller will have to be thrown out after one use, or cleaned with mineral spirits, which would be difficult, easier to just buy the replacement rollers. With latex paint, you just wash the roller with water and soap and reuse...

does the roller come with a cover or do you have to clean it after every use?

you need to get extra rollers and replace after each use. And frankly I wasn't able to get any paint to come out of the one I bought and do not recommend.
