Wireless Charging Receiver, Leopard Qi Wireless Charging Receiver Patch for iPhone 6/ 6 Plus/ 6s /6s Plus/ SE/ 5/ 5s/ 5c

I ordered two of these for my iphone 5c. Great design, slim, fit behind my plastic case. It starts to charge fine when placed on a charging station, however if the phone gets bumped or moved (as when driving), or after about 20 minutes on the night stand, it starts to disconnect itself. I hear a "beep" from my phone, then another "beep" as it continues to try and connect and charge for 10 seconds, then disconnects, then reconnects etc. Very frustrating. I tried the second one after sending the first one back and the second one does the same thing... The description says to contact the company with problems but I can't find anywhere listed how to contact them??
