I absolutely adore this dress. First off, I didn't think the 36Ds would have enough fabric, but they did. It's not the most flattering dress for me, it hits a bit above my waist which annoys me. 5'9" and it was long enough to tuck up in to my belt for a little breeze. It's so light and flowy and magical, I just love it and how I feel in it. I also have a wide low-back scar, and the ties adjusted enough so it wouldn't dip super low and show. It'd probably be cuter if it was let down just a bit in the back. Be aware that it's pretty see-through, because I was not, and spent an entire day at the Medieval Faire basically with my high beams out in the right light, but.... 🤷‍♀️ Worth it lol. Seems to be great quality and I was nice and cool in the 90* weather. My fiancé didn't notice it was a little sheer (indoor lighting before I left), but loves it and said it's a keeper lol. In the future I may pair it with a lace tube top or some nip covers, but.... It's not offensively obvious in black. If I got any lighter color, I'd absolutely have a decency issue. You can see the green of the trees through the skirt in a couple photos, so you'd see the pink of my ladies in a lighter shade for sure 😂😂. I thought about this one for like over a year before giving it a chance... If you have prime imo go for it. OH, and it smelled a little like black dye (vinegar - ish) at first, but aired out fine and I sprayed perfume.

I love this dress!! It is so incredibly flattering, lightweight and flowy! Drawbacks would be that it doesn’t have pockets and the washing/drying is a little more involved than just tossing in the washer and dryer, but it’s definitely worth the extra effort. It is a little see through, but the blue and aqua colors don’t seem to be too bad. For sizing reference, I’m 5’6” and 137lbs. with a mama pouch (which this dress hides well). I typically wear a small or medium dress depending on the style, but I liked the way this size Large fit. It’s a great summer dress, and I will definitely be getting other colors in the future!

I got the sage color in a large. This dress is so comfortable! It’s very light and airy and fits great. I am usually the most comfortable wearing between a medium and large, and prefer things more on the bigger side, so I got a large in this one. I have a 39 1/2” bust and a 31 1/2” waist and this fits perfectly. There is a drawstring that is quite hard to draw up in the back of the waist, but when you get it cinched it’s perfect. I got a nice little swimsuit coverup from Walmart in the perfect shade to go with this, and I’m excited to wear it to the blues festival I got it for! I haven’t had much trouble with it being see through, but I haven’t really worn it outside yet. In any case I plan on wearing short leggings with it (because I hate not wearing anything under dresses) so if it is see through it won’t bother me at all. It is slightly loose around the top of the bust, but I have some clothing tape that I plan on using if it becomes an issue. The sides of the bust are a perfect fit so I am not worried about any side-boob showing. I am also double excited for this dress because I can add it to my Renaissance Festival costume! It’s perfect to layer and will bunch up nicely with my dark green dress and stay.

A dress so nice, I bought it thrice! For reference, I am 5’0” and 125 lbs with a shorter torso. Last year, I purchased Blush (Small) for a beach session. Out of the package, it was a few inches too long on me, but after reading reviews saying that this dress shrank a lot after washing, I washed it and dried it on regular heat, and it shrank exactly to my height (touching the ground). It’s the perfect flowy girly-girl dress; you will want to twirl in it all day! I also purchased Punch Red (Small) and Yellow (Large) for my trip to Vietnam. Why large? Because at the time, that was the only size available in the mustard yellow color that I so desperately wanted. Luckily, it was not too large at all! I was able to shrink it as well, and it worked out beautifully for my photo session. The red dress was a good length right out of the bag, so I did not need to shrink it prior to wearing it. Btw, I used CAKES body Nipple Covers for seamless coverage. 1000% recommend this dress!

It’s a gorgeous dress. I get tons of compliments. There’s a tiny little train, making me feel like a princess. The smocking and back straps firmly held my bosom in place, and I am fairly large chested. The back of the skirt and be adjusted to go as low as you dare. That said, they shrink HORRIBLY. Even in cold water and air dried. I am 5’6”. When washed I ended up giving them to my sister who’s 4’3” and my niece who’s just about 4’ My suggestion is would be to hand wash the bottom in cold water and hang dry with some sort of weighted object to ensure it doesn’t shrink.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was pleasantly surprised by this dress! For under $40, it exceeded my expectations. The fabric isn't see-through, the skirt is flowy, and it feels well made for the price. My favorite part is how versatile it is. You can wear it as a halter dress with the straps, or wear it strapless if you prefer—the smocked bodice has enough stretch and support that I was comfortable either way. It can also be styled as a skirt by adding a T-shirt or sweater over the top, so it feels like multiple outfits in one. The low back is absolutely gorgeous and makes the dress feel elegant and a little sexy without being too revealing. It made me feel really confident. My only small note is that the straight neckline wasn't my personal favorite. That's just a style preference—I tend to like sweetheart or V-necklines—but it wasn't a dealbreaker at all. Overall, I think this is an amazing value for the price, and I'd definitely buy it again in another color.

I waited to purchase this for like six months. I read all of the reviews and all of them make excellent points. I'm going to be honest in this review and say that this garment can work on body type, but it really depends on what size you get. I'm 5'5" and b/t 120-125lbs. I ordered a size small because the reviews said that the back of the dress becomes problematic if you do not have wide hips, bootay and a small waist. If you want to look like the lady in the videos, get a size lower than your regular size so if you are a medium, get a small like I did. If you, like me, do not have a large rear end, the back of the dress may be problematic. I've handled this by wearing padded ass underwear and I don't care. It works. The only issues I have, aside from me not having a butt, are with how thin the front facing tube top roofing fabric is, and how thin the halter strap ties are. The half of a tube top and the back straps, along with the halter tie are holding up quite a lot of weight in the dress and its lining. You could have this made quite easily, but what I would do is figure out if you want to have the look of the lady in the picture, or if you are a larger woman, order a larger size and this will be more of a going out dress. Contending with the see-through top is up to you. I got it in beige or cream or whatever, it's definitely see-through. I would choose a darker fabric if that is going to be an issue for you. It is worth the risk if you are a big fan of Free People AND a fan of R. Vivimos BECAUSE they offer an FP dupe that is very similar to the quality of FP, very similar to the patterns used, very similar to what you would expect from an FP garment because they did it very good job, especially for this price point. The price point alone is worth the risk because if it doesn't work for you, you could always use it as a skirt or a beach cover. I have a stick figure with very large boobs, they're actually real, and no curves at all. The dress and the padded butt underwear I'm wearing are doing the work here. I recommend padded butt underwear for garments like this. I love it. I didn't give it 5 Stars because my nipples are impossible to hide so I can't wear it out in public. But my husband will appreciate it!

Dress does not look like on the pictures. Poor quality, different size than ordered. We try to refund it and sent it back, but no money or response for almost 3 months. Absolutely don’t recommend to buy anything with this seller.

Love love love this dress. Ordered it for a photo shoot and it was perfect. The color was exactly like the picture. I ordered the maroon as well in size medium. Both fit well. I'm 5"2 and about 130lbs. The material for the top stretches so either size works for me. Would definitely recommend this dress.

I love this dress, the navy color is nice and looks classy. It fits really well, I bought a M and I'm usually a size 8-10. Can't wait to wear it on my trip!
