I have no beef with this handy microphone. My beef is the reluctance of people to cooperate and use it properly.. My mechanism has too short a cord and the necessity of a too heavy pair of over the ear headphones. I have looked in vain for something else, but the Pocketalker is limited in use. The fact that I got a 2nd mic is proof that it's a great little gadget. I would rate it a 5. Sound quality is superb.
