The software only provides a very limited data on foods. It is nice to be able to display the weight on the phone instead of looking at the scale?? That is about all it is good for is to allow you to put your food on the scale and walk somewhere else and still read it. It will only work on certain apple phones. The android software is also useless. Contacted the manufacturer and when they realized that we were not happy they immediately stopped replying to my emails. They promised they would "get back to us." There is also no way to have additional food data added to the database. If you want to have something added you would have to either write your own software or convince them that some basic food items should be added. The first options would take far less work. I have never bee more dissatisfied with a purchase or customer service.

What a complete waste of money. Goes on, off, on and so on. The app doesn't link to the scale easily and it's not very user friendly. Doesn't work with my Weight Watchers points tracking.

This scale is great idea - not perfect but very useful. I am on a diet and I weigh everything I eat ...Scale connects to Bluetooth to Android device and has a data base that converts to cals based on what it is your weighing ... Can email entire menu once finished to another computer. Software needs lot of work but it is useful now - for example has beef as one category - big differences between Flank Steak and Prime Tenderloin in cals...Software has a UI that is not best - again OK and functional .. Scales work well - with some work for example add all standard Food data bases, and do iPad version of software - would be good to enter in own cals/gram truth table -- When your on a diest tend to eat just few things and know dead on grams/cal
