When I tried to put this product in my mouth, it would not stay in there. It falls off even when I open my mouth slightly. I don't think that it could stay in place while I sleep. I tried to get help before this review to no avail. I looked through the reviews on this product, but I could not find any help with the issue that I am experiencing.I received a discount in exchange for my honest review.

There is not piece holding the two sides together, so if you fell asleep and it became dislodged (if you could get it to fit) It would be a dangerous choking hazard!Even at a discount in exchange for an honest review, it was a waste of money. Worthless.

This guard fits very nicely and gives cushion between your back teeth
I clench my teeth at night and had been having daytime jaw and teeth pain. I had tried full mouth guards but just could not keep its all night. This guard fits very nicely and gives cushion between your back teeth. It is very flexible, not stiff at all. I am able to sleep soundly all night with this in. It came with a small plastic container to keep it on which I love. It says it can be worn top or bottom but I am only able to wear it on the bottom. My only negative is that the front is kind of long and started to irritate my lower gum on the outside. I was able to trim that down pretty easily and now wear it almost every night.

May fit someone else better. Just not for me
I could not keep this guard in my mouth even while awake, let alone asleep. It was too lightweight and didn't fit well. May fit someone else better. Just not for me. I think I'm going to just have my dentist make one.

Disappointing
This was completely worthless. It is huge for me mouth and has no shape to one's mouth so it literally just falls out. Because it's so big my lips can't close around it which is very distracting when trying to fall asleep. I feel it's almost a choking hazard. Very disappointing.

false advertisement what is pictured is not what you get.
worst ever not the guard that is pictured on the package. what came was a upper and lower guard that was so thick it looked like it should be used for a boxer. Horrible, I'm surprised at you amazon
