Fan failed to perform just in One Year
This product has failed exactly in 1 year and has become non- functional. Either the Winding or the Capacitor is gone. I recollect there is 2 year warranty but not sure who will service 🤔? Whom to approach?

يوجد عيب تصنيع
جودة المنتج سيئة جدا ويوجد عيب تصنيع وزن الفاتورة أثقل من التحمل بمجرد التشغيل تنقلب رأس المروحة الى الاعلى ولا يمكن تسببها على الوضع الصحيح المستقيم . طلبت ٤ مراوح وقمت بالارجاع للكل

المروحة جيدة واتمنى ان يكون عمرها الافتراضي طويل لانه سبق و اشتريت مثلها وجربتها ٣ اشهر بعدها تعطلت عن العمل
