It not only sharpens my Global and Henkel knives but also my ceramic knives. Well worth the money. **Q: Can you use the sharpener on other knives?** A: I am so protective of my Global knife that I only use the Global sharpener on it. I have another sharpener for all other knives. **Q: What are the replacement wheels for this sharpener? Can I order them on Amazon?** A: My sharpener still works. So after seeing an article in a newspaper I discovered the Global Water Sharpener. It came number one out of ten reviewed. Not cheap but what a tool. Sharpened my knives to razor sharpness so I opened the drawer and got out some old blunt knives. After following the procedure a few times they are now sharp again. Simple to use just drawing the knife back and forth, and as the sharpening stones are angled you are always sharpening correctly.
