Trim Labs Adjustable Waist Slimmer Belt

I have been wearing this waist trimmer for over a year and it still wears well. I work out 2-3 days a week at the gym. I do things with heavy weight and my back feel supported when I'm doing squats. I have never had the belt roll up so I'm not sure what's happening to other people from their comments, maybe it depends on your stomach size or they've purchased wrong size belt. Wrap the belt tight for the best fit, don't wear it loosely. This belt definitely creates the sauna effect. When I take it off my entire belt is wet and I have to dry off my stomach. Recently I left it at the gym and it disappeared so I needed to order a new one. For the price it does what it's supposed to do. Keep in mind this is a waist trimmer, not a waist trainer. You will get better results if you are actively exercising while wearing it.

for the money an ok product but once you use it so many times, it tends to roll up or down and doesn't stay put. However it does work especially if you tend to overeat if you have it on while you are eating it makes you eat less and helps with bloating but women if you have your period do not wear it during your cycle it will make you bleed way heavier!

It makes you sweat, but you have to work out to make you sweat for me I had to test it out and run for hour till I finally felt tried. It fit me fine I just didn't like the rubber smell to it. And when I would work out with this belt on it felt a bit uncomfortable to me. I wouldn't waist my money on a product like this again.I'll lose weight the natural way. That's called watching my food and portion intake, and working out.

Wish maybe it was a way to not have it bunch and roll up while I'm sitting with it on...I wear it at work for my waist and noticed it helps my back pain and posture. It does get hot but that's to be expected.

Makes you sweat, but I cant say that it really helps 'slim' you.If you are going to be working out for a while and sweating a lot, drink water! I had to cut a run short because I was just getting too hot.

This is perfect fits like a glove you can walk in it for 10 to 5 minutes and your already sweaty it really helps u lose weight because after you use it after a long day and take it off you feel so light and great like you did a long workout but i would jog in it to get better results but I just got this Saturday and I wore it for 20 minutes and I already got results and you get sweaty right away but that's a good thing so you can lose weight

I bought this and it was great for about two days and then it ripped... I thought that it would have been made a little nicer but then I guess its not like I paid a lot of money for it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would spend more money for the better quality.

It's okay. I couldn't recommend it. It worked fine for the price. Still would like a good "waist" trainer if they weren't so expensive.

Made in China what do you expect make so much noise when you put on. The zipper adjust at your shape.
