A: Not sure I understand the question. But.  Getting a wheel alignment is not a problem had one the other day. No issues.  As for if they line up - the holes are pre drilled just pop out the plastic rivets line up the holes on the flaps and stick the rivets back in - easy peasy.

Works pretty good. I really only bought this for the rear flaps and I like that they have a bolt underneath which keeps it pretty secure. I've been through a few car washes and they're still attached. Others I've tried without the bolt came loose. Not a bad product so far
