Not recommended
The wires on this are cheap and stretched out while trying to use it the first time so after that it was useless. Only later did I learn that that's what happens with these cheap ones. For something like this to stay useable you have to spend more money and get a good quality one. Unfortunately it was past the return date and I just had to throw away, lesson learned.

It's a great tool for the kitchen!
It's a wonderful tool to level a cake and make more appealing and professional. You can easily have more than two layers. I highly recommend for the amateur baker.

Does not work at all. I'm a frequent baker and usually use just a regular knife to level my cakes, but decided to try out a leveler. Threw it out immediately after first use (or I should say attempted use).
