What is the diameter of the strap that holds the fire extinguisher? My 5lb extinguisher’s diameter is 13 1/2 inches.

Are you certain the diameter is 13.5 inches and not the circumference? My 5 lb extinguisher has a circumference of 13.5 inches and a diameter just over 4 inches...and it fits the bracket perfectly

will this fit a 10 pound white marine fire extinguisher?

This particular 818 vehicle bracket will NOT fit a 10lb extinguisher of any manufacturer. You will need to refer to the specific manufacturer of your extinguisher to determine the proper mounting bracket for that extinguisher.

Will the kiddie fire extinguisher fit this bracket?

Kiddie extinguishers will not fit this particular bracket properly. The cylinder diameter of Kiddie brand is slightly larger making the locking latch not work like it is designed to with Amerex or Ansul extinguishers.
