Very small softgels makes for easy consumption. As far to its efficacy, I am sure the D3 5000iu is doing something good for me which is all that matters I suppose. I am indoors mostly so I need to supplement the D3 in my system, this is my purpose for the purchase. I am hopeful it helps.

I could not get my Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy level up despite taking 2,000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily for many years. My triglycerides had also crept up to over 300, with borderline high overall cholesterol. It's my belief that Vitamin D3 may be the most important supplement to take. For me, since I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was 8, it is a daily necessity.
