Dissapointed. This clock sounded great for my 7 year old. However, there is no easy way to turn the alarm off. Yes there is a snooze, but having to adjust the 5 or 7 day alarm set everyday just to turn off the alarm eliminates the need 4 such settings. The charge lasted several months and was great. But when it needed another charge it wouldn't hold. Had to toss it after 5 months of use.

This item does not work. I bought this for my daughter for her college dorm room. Unfortunately it does not work at all. The alarms goes off 3 hours early, and then randomly after that. Very strange. Since she is a college student I have no way of returning the item since she is away at school and it is now past the return window.

Works well where I have it. The charge does not last as long as they indicate. I would still recommend this product.

Charge on the clock last long, love that the snooze is by touch pad, screen a little bright at night though. Love it

My ROYMAX Alarm Clock, Snooze, Temperature, Date, Alarm Status, Operated by Both Built-in Battery and Charging Cable (White) was just dropped off to me this afternoon. The color is white and is a modern looking clock.The clock comes with a nice long charging cable, approximately 36” long. This is a good feature since my outlet is about 24” away from my night stand.The clock measures 6 ¼” long, 1 ¾” wide and 2 5/8” high. The LED area measures 4 ¼” wide and 1 ¾” high. The LED area allows excellent viewing of the time when the back light is on. When the back light is on I could easily view the clock at 18’, however, when the back light is off it is difficult to read after about 10’. The time is shown it measures 2 ½” wide and 1 ½” high.Compared to my older GE 7000 series alarm clock it is much easier to read, however, my RCA alarm clock has larger numbers approximately 3.25” high by 3” wide and is always back lit. I prefer this alarm clock since at night I like it darker in the room with little back light as possible.I can easily read the temperature, alarm setting and date from the bed and you can view it up to 3’ away when not back lit.I like that the temperature, date and alarm time is all shown without having to function to another screen. My GE clock has to be cycled to show the alarm time and this is a definite plus since I often change my alarm times. Also, my GE alarm clock does not show the date which I find very useful feature.What I really like about this clock is that is has a 5 day and 7 day setting for the alarm. Now I don’t have to reset the time every weekend. I like to get up early, but not every day of my life and this is a great feature. There are also 3 alarm settings. This is good if you and your significant have different waking times and only want to use one alarm clock.The temperature was within 1 degree of accuracy in my house which is very good for an un-calibrated gauge.The clock came in with very simple packaging and was easy to open and was packed with white foam sheeting. The directions are easy to read and all the functions are described well.This alarm clock uses an USB as a charger. I found this feature intriguing. We lose power here at least 1-2 times per month and this will be a plus. Since we just received this clock I am not sure how long a single charge will last and will try to update the length of charge at a later time.Setting the clock is really easy. In fact it is better than any other clock that I have ever owned. It was really simple (had all the settings done in about 2 minutes) and although I read the directions, you don’t have to read the directions to set all of the functions on this clock.The sound of the alarm is annoying enough to get you out of bed without making you crazy. The snooze button is preset to go off between 4-6 minutes. I like a little longer for the snooze, but don’t think that this is drawback but is made up with a 3rd alarm setting.The back lit function is a very light tap/touch to the top of the housing.The clock is light in weight and it weighs only 6.4 ounces.This clock is on sale now at $17.99 and free shipping with Prime. I feel this is a good price for an alarm clock with all of these features. It has all the features I want plus more (temperature and date). This is a very handy little alarm clock. It is powered by USB. It also has a backup battery inside that gets charged up by USB and it does not need to be plugged in the entire time. This alarm clock gives you a date time and temperature. The temperature is extremely handy I've always been curious about how warm or cold it is in various rooms of my house. As to the alarm clock itself the clocks screen is approximately one and a half inches tall. I have vision difficulties and need to wear glasses pretty much to see. So I can only view this when I was fairly close. However that has been the case for me with just about every clock that I've ever owned. There are three different alarms that can be set on the clock. One of the alarms as a one-off as in it goes off one time. Another one is said that will go off on week days. And the third one is a seven day alarm. The clock is small enough that you could pack it if you were going on a trip. That could help someone if you're not sure of what you're going to run into when you get to your destination. I really like this alarm clock and currently have it set up in my bedroom. It keeps good time and I've not had any issues whatsoever with it.I received this product for a discounted price. I am a big fan of pink color, but there was no choice other than blue, light green, and white. However, Iove the item with bright blue color which looks fit well at my bed room. As soon as I got the item, I felt happy because the package was clean, neat, and looked well packaged. In addition, I appreciate for safe and fast shipping. It was delivered within an estimated date, so I did not have to be worried about delay. Thank you so much! Once I got the item, I charged it with the cord in the box, and it did not take a long time. I set the time, alram, and so on while looking at instruction. I am not a good at dealing with machine, but it was not tricky to set the clock. I could set up three different time for alraming, which was very useful because I want to get up in different time during weekend or when I feel tired. It keeps being bright and when I touch the botton, it is brighter. So, I can see what time is even during night. Most lovely thing is that I can charge it with the cord, that is it has built in battery so I do not need to get any extra battery for it. It is like a money saver! It is very useful for looking at temparature. The sound is noisy and I cannot turn down the volume, but overall, I am satisfied with the various functions. I love it!
