Defective, shoddy quality control
Super dissatisfied with this product. There were multiple tiny pieces of blue plastic in the pasta, some only found after cooking. (The pasta itself was not particularly good, very, very mushy.) I would not order these again. And made the mistake of ordering a few packages which Amazon will not let me return. But with pieces of plastic in the pasta, they are not safe to eat.

Fabulous. We never thought we'd be able to eat noodles again, but now we can-- yippee-- and they are excellent, delicious, easy, etc.
