gets kinked easily

This product simply doesn't work. The spring won't wind the cable in all the way, the action is not smooth and overall I just found it rather useless. I chose to return it. There are other simple options out there that I would recommend like this:  Digital Innovations The Nest - Tangle-Free Earphone / Earbud Case, Durable and Compact Storage System, Green

I purchased four of these, one for each family member. All four fail to work. Even after taking the inventory label off the directions and following them to a tee, all four still do work as advertised. I waisted my money.

Keeps the charging cable for my iPad nice and tidy. Easy to use (would be even easier if they didn't put their inventory label over the directions).

doesn't work, get's caught. Almost broke my earphones trying to get them out of that thing

I'm comparing this with the Recoil, and unfortunately, both items don't work properly. Just wondering if I can get a full refund on it?!

Ordered two of these, one would not recoil at all. The second stopped working after the first use.
