Helped with postpartum pain and slimming
After giving birth to twins my back was killing me. It was worse than during pregnancy. The doctor thinks I may have sprained my back during labor. Anyhow, this simple binder adds the perfect amount of compression with full coverage of my core area. It goes all the way from my hips up to below my breast and has no Velcro or snaps or hooks. Just slide it on (which does take some work as it is tight). It is slimming and smoothing and looks nice under clothes unlike my Velcro binders. Also it covers more and is more supportive so myback pain is much better now.
