I brought this as a gift for my grand Daughter she has used this brush several times. She said it does not straighten her hair like her flat iron but it's ok.she did get burnt from it so it does get very hot. I thought it would do great on her case it Is curly but fine. So I'm saying this brush is ok.

I don't like to give unfavorable reviews but I got this for my daughter who has thick wavy hair and she gave it back to me and told me it didn't work on her hair. My hair is to short for this brush so I couldn't keep it. I had to send it back.

I was very skeptical about this brush or any type of straightening hair brush. However, I tried it out and loved it. I use it all the time when I want a quick "fix" to my frizzy and unmanageble hair.Two cons: it's not hot enough for my liking. ( my professional straightner goes up to 500 F, which leaves no room for frizz) and two I wish I could control my frizz more.All in all very satisfied :)

very hard to handle if you have thick hair like I do. Its better than nothing but don't use it that offen.

gets very hot which I like but its heavy and bristles are TOO SHORT to go thru my hair!!

I would have given this a great review as it works great...but after using it about 10 times, it stopped powering up.
