Why such a difference?** A: I did a lot of checking on Gaba, 1st never start out with a large dose. Gaba has side effects, I talked to a person at a Pharmacy who said start at 100mg for 3 days. Ten 200mg for 3 days before going higher. Now the only problem I had is that I started getting eye vision blurnes while on it. Some people have short term memory problems. BUT is does help with anxiety and stress/ **Q: Do these contain any gluten?** A: These are not gluten free. **Q: What color are these supposed to be?** A: Mine are a dark pink now.
