The kit comes with everything you need to easily install it, including a sticker template as a guide to mount the unit. Even with limited space, this fits easily under the sink. The kit comes with additional connectors should you need them, depending on your pipework.The difference that this filter makes is incredible. The chemical smell is eliminated, the overall taste is vastly improved and as we had an orientation hole already blanked off, installing the additional tap was so easy. The flow is great and there have been no leaks at all.The kids can grab filtered water whenever they like.Almost bought a Virgin water machine but was put off by the expensive monthly cost. I'm so glad I went for this instead.This is a great value for money and have recommended to family too.

Wanted to install a water filter in my loft ensuite shower room sink to avoid having to go all the way downstairs to the filtered water dispenser. The key thing for me was to be simple to install, not need to change the filter too often and for it to filter out to a very small size. This water filter checked all the boxes. Install was genuinely less than 10 minutes and no need to even check the manual. Check you have a flexible pipe going to the tap to make the installation easy - then simply shut off water (I was lucky to have a valve right below it), unscrew the existing flexible hose and connect up the filter. There's even a mounting sticker to know where to put the wall screws to mount to the wall. I will say that while the taste of the water was slightly improved (my wife and I were both able to tell in a blind taste test), it obviously isn't chilled so isn't quite as nice as drinking from my Quooker where the water is chilled. That said, this is significantly cheaper and a very quick install. Filters seem very easy to replace by simply twisting them off and on.

Pros.Nice design.Easy to install even though it was a tight space.Great tasting water, no more odd smells or bad taste.Cons.Some loss of water pressure. Installed full bore isolation valve but made no difference.All in all very happy indeed.

I always have a nagging doubt about these things BUT I was ver surprised and I could imediatly taste the difference! Much more convenient that filling jugs and using an out of date filter because you have run out again and again forgotten to add to the shopping list.I'm compitent with plumbing and found this a breeze to install, better still, the filter will be easy to change in the future. Another up side, made me both tidy and reorganise under the sink, slight downside, forced me to buy a storage system under the sink so more money spent. LOLSeriously though, very impressed, easier to fit than others I have used in the past. From what I have been told, seems a number of these have been instaled in commercial places too, again so I'm told and can't verify.

Exactly a year ago, I bought this 10UA. I had tried a water2 as advertised on Face Book and although a decent filter it did not removed the smell and taste of chlorine which appears to be very high in my area.I wanted a filter which left all the Total dissolved solids but removed the impurities. Apparently, hard water is better healthwise for drinking than soft.A year later and there is still no smell or taste of chlorine.Great product, Great Company. More recently, I bought a water drop RO core to supply water for my Italian Espresso machine. Our kettle now builds up no scale and the espresso is better than before

The media could not be loaded. Quite easy to install. Works well. Good flow.Couple of months on my blue paper towel gets wet. Yes, I always wrap paper towel around all my plumbing joints!The leak appears to be inside the faucet base. I took it all apart and I can blow into the water inlet and when the tap is open, there's a hissing inside the base This doesn't appeal to be 100% sealed and so a slow leak. My worktop is soggy now! Not sure what to do their customer service is poor. Might have to use a sealant.... otherwise great!I put it all back and hoped for the best but it is leaking from the tap now......I'm going to ask for a refund or replacement.

Utile et efficace pour filtrer l’eau. Ne prend pas beaucoup de place. L’eau est de très bonne qualité ainsi. Nos enfants se servent plus facilement un verre d’eau directement à un des robinets de notre évier prévu pour cela. Le débit est excellent. Pratique pour remplir les bouteilles pour faire un sodastream, pour remplir la bouilloire ,… Utile aussi le dispositif pour nous avertir quand il faudra changer le filtre.

Installation très facile, contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser sur la photo, les flexibles inox sont de bonne longueur (70cm, ils sont enroulés avec deux tours sur la photo...), ce qui facilite grandement le positionnement du filtre.Il n'est par ailleurs pas obligatoire de le fixer, il peut être simplement posé verticalement et calé sous l'évier.Le filtre se clipse sans aucune difficulté avec un système quart de tour, il n'y a aucune fuite.On peut aussi installer un autre type filtre de la marque Waterdrop, c'est un système standard chez eux.Très efficace sur le chlore, le goût a disparu complètement.N'a aucun impact sur le pH et le TDS (c'est bien indiqué dans le descriptif, ce n'est pas le but, voir du côté de leur fontaine à eau à osmose inverse WD-K19-H pour ça).Concernant le débit, je remplis le réservoir de 5L de ma fontaine WD-K19-H en 45 secondes, c'est plus que suffisant pour un usage courant.Globalement, je suis très satisfait de ce produit, qui coche toutes les cases, il est de très bonne qualité au niveau des matériaux, s'installe vraiment très simplement (tout est fourni), et fonctionne exactement comme prévu.

Vivo en Barcelona punto a destacar porque normalmente el agua aunque potable es bastante desagradable al gusto, dicho lo anterior tengo q decir que después de 3 semanas de uso el sabor del agua a mejorado bastante.Igual que el agua envasada, no tanto, pero la mejora de tal manera que ya la puedes beber sin problema, punto positivo porque ya te resuelve el problema de tener que cargar el agua embotellada.Características principales:Instalación relativamente sencilla trae prácticamente todo lo necesario aunque debes tener nociones básicas de manitas.La llave del q trae es chula no desentona para nada creo q convinaria con cualquier tipo de griferia que tengas.El sistema de conexión de las mangueras del filtro aunque a simple vista parece endeble, la verdad es q muy sencillo de conectar y en principio funciona correctamente, sin ningún tipo de fuga.
