Perfect product pictures every time. And no more replacing bulbs or adding additional filters & diffusers to dim your lighting. Easy is Subjective but Convenience is Nice!
This was a chore to assemble because of its size, shape and the cover not being cut or stitched properly but once assembled it works pretty well. One star deducted from the total because of the list of cons.Pros:- Lighting is decent enough for what I need but could be brighter. Consider adding an option to purchase additional lighting strips maybe?- Good, sturdy backdrop material and colors (only negative is they can become statically charged and collect all sorts of particles but that are cleanable)- Decent carry case if wanting or needing to travel with the Litebox- Perfect for small workspaces but the 24x24x24 cube may overwhelm a table if it's too small- Works well for beginners looking to take product photos (see sample photo)Cons:- So-so light diffuser. Reflective surfaces will be a nightmare and may require you to reposition the lights often. No instructions on best way to insert/remove without disassemble/reassemble so I attached mine with large paperclips so that it can slide open or shut if I need to use the top camera port.- Instructions don't tell you how to insert the backdrops either. If you look at all the reviews for this box that include photos you'll notice that people came up with home made solutions like clips or hangers. Fortunately Rishi (Litebox Photography) and I were in communication and he told me that those two flaps on the inside that look like residue from sewing seams are used to hold the backdrops. (see photo)- Black cover was not cut properly and velcro along the side should have or should be closer to the seem for the front cover to properly velcro (see photo). Because of the the bulky cube and awkwardness of the black case it required a second person to ensure it was as close to properly fitted as possible. I'm sure you can put this together solo but you'll probably have a few choice words during the process... I know I did :)- The little tripod doesn't seem very stable or durable so I'm not going to trust it with my phone. I use a DSLR with a RetiCAM Tabletop Tripod instead.- Expensive. This box costs the same as 3 Softboxes with stands, bulbs and diffusers (all of which offer way brighter lighting).- Instruction sheet says that the website has camera setting guide for additional help which I thought was a nice touch for anyone needing starting help. No such guide found on the website and the mailing list doesn't work. :(

Good pictures, but poor build quality.
Lets me get good pictures, but feels really flimsy. The bag basically split in two the first time I tried to pack it away. I really hope the rest of it holds up, cause it wasn't cheap.EDIT 10/19/18: I changed my review from three stars to four. I've had this for a little over a year, and it's still working well. I don't move it around at all; it just stays in the corner of my office, the lights all still work and the fabric on the actual box hasn't ripped. I do need to find new backdrop inserts because I've worn mine up, but that's not a build problem, I just take photos of heavy parts that scratch it up.Once I figured out the right settings for the camera and how to diffuse the harsh light the box produces, I started getting really nice photos. I've obviously touched the photos up and brightened the background, but it's not as much work as what I was doing before for post. I feel like I've definitely gotten my money's worth after a year and if it stops working, I'd probably buy this same product again.

Don't bother!
I did extensive research before purchasing this one and I am beyond disappointed. I hadn't even owned the box for TWO MONTHS and the lights started flickering or randomly not working. When I called about this, the company claims they need to charge me a restocking fee. To top it off, the background no longer stays put and continues to fall out and down and the velcro on the sides is not sticking anymore. Trust me, from one small business owner to the next ... do NOT bother with this one! Not worth the hassle and expense!

Lots of Bang for Little Buck
This is a really good value for what you pay. I bought this and then put a 24" white rotating turntable in it to take pictures of various products in.It is light, which is good but is made of relatively thin metal tubes and plastic pvc joiners at the corners. The exterior can be put on by one person but it's a two person job as it is quite tight. The inside is silver reflective material, which might have the be altered in a product shot but I found this to be a really nice product for the casual photographer that doesnt want to spend thousands of dollars

Challenges, but definitely a good product
Tight to put together. Sturdy once it is together. Large sheets of plastic for background work well. If I move it around a bit, the background does not stay tucked under the lip that should hold it in place.Update: the power source quit working after a few months and no movement outside of one room in my house.

Power Supply Dead Out of the Box!
Edit 9/23/16The manufacture contacted me and have sent a new power supply out. The box works as expected and everything fits as it should. The plastic cell phone tripod they send isn't worth using but the rest of it works well.Love the fact that they send multiple backgrounds and an adjustable light diffuser.*****************************I would like to leave a better review (more detail) but the power supply has failed right out of the box. I have no way to test the entire unit and I am waiting to hear back from LiteBox Photography to see if they can send a replacement. If the seller of this reads the review I hope they can contact me. I have the unit already assembled and don't just want to return everything. I just need a working power supply sent
