Seasoning for Macoroni with Sardines, 8.5oz, (Condimento Per Pasta Con Sarde)

Growing up in a Sicilian family in New Orleans I used to have this dish quite often. You can find this at most of the specialty grocery stores in New Orleans and Metairie. Since I moved to Nashville, TN I haven't been able to locate a place yet that has this. So I was thrilled when I found it online. Perfect! Now I can make my pasta milanese whenever I want.

I love this sauce...just like Mom would make.It's unique in many ways....sardines, fennel, herbs.Tasty over pasta with lots of Roman cheese grated on it.

Cooked it with marinara sauce for St.Joseph table.
