Use a mix of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water and this kit works like a champ. We live in a rural western Oregon location and by spring the window exteriors are covered with bits of wind blown moss, tree pollen, and misc. gunk. This is so much easier than my old system of stepladder, spray bottle, and paper towels.

The product's quality was amazing. I could reach in places in my mirror that I couldn't do before. You are provided with a squeegee and another head for scrubbing the windows/mirrors with the cloth. You are also provided with a spare cloth, so if one gets dirty, you always have a spare. The product was easy to assemble without any complications, and you could replace the top part of the pole swiftly.

This purchase was to take the place of my previous window cleaning routine and it does a pretty great job. I’ll start by saying that I’ve got a large living room window and it’s become increasingly difficult to clean the exterior with my ladder. Call it old age if you want, but I’ve been dangerously close to falling into a sharp bush and/or a bird bath. Since that’s not how I wanted to go, I began searching for alternatives and found this gem. I also purchased window cleaner and a rectangular bucket and I love it. The long handle seems sturdy enough for what I need and I can easily reach all areas of my window from the ground. It goes together easily and you can start using it right away. The first time I used it, I ended up cleaning it twice but that was more because I tried cleaning while the hot afternoon sun was shining on it and it dried before I could do the squeegee magic (yes, I said ‘magic’). That was a user error and nothing to do with the product though, in fact, the directions tell you not to do that but I was too excited and couldn’t wait! My only complaint is that I really wish this would have come with two handles. The reason why is because you constantly have to switch between the cleaning end and the squeegee end and I mean, you better be fast or the wash will dry and then you’ve got to do it all over again. I must’ve looked like I was on a game show because I was washing one minute and then flying over to grab the squeegee, unscrewing one end and screwing in the other, then running back to get that magical streak-free shine. I’ll probably end up buying a second one, but then you could argue that it’s not the best value for the money, and that’s why this isn’t the 5-star review I wish it could be.

The overal product is good. Love the extensions and mop. My biggest drawback is the squeegee. It doesn't really want to glide over the glass as it should. It left lots of areas with streaks and puddles of water. I clean windows for a living and this would not fly to do a good job. I am likely going to have to buy a different squeegee.

I picked this up to tackle the high windows in my house that I could never quite reach without a ladder and its made the job way easier. The kit comes with everything you need, the squeegee, microfiber pads, and three pole sections that screw together for different lengths. Assembly is straightforward, the pole sections thread together solidly and the head attaches to the top with a click. The 7 angle rotation is the standout feature, you press the yellow button and the head locks into different positions which makes hitting awkward angles way easier than a fixed head squeegee. The 12 inch rubber blade glides smooth across glass without leaving streaks if you do it right, and I havent seen any marks or scuffs on my windows after using it multiple times. The microfiber pads attach to the T bar with a strong hook and loop fastener, they havent come loose during use even when I’m pressing into a stubborn spot. They soak up water well and I’ve been able to throw them in the washer between uses without any issues. The full extended length of 60 inches lets me reach the second story windows from the ground without needing a ladder which was the main reason I bought this. The stainless steel poles feel sturdy without being too heavy to maneuver overhead. I’ve used it on the windows, sliding glass doors, and the car windshield and it works decent on all of them. A few things to note though, at the full 60 inch length theres some flex in the pole when your pushing hard on stubborn spots, you gotta use lighter pressure and more passes. Also the threading on the pole connections needs to be lined up carefully or its tough to screw together. The squeegee head is a little wide for narrower window panes so you might need to do them at an angle. For the price and how much easier it makes high window cleaning, its a useful kit and I’d reccomend it.

I saw this window cleaning kit at a friend’s house and had to get one and it didn’t disappoint. It made cleaning my windows so easy thanks to the pole with the extensions. I was able to reach easily clean and dry the windows. I love how sturdy it is.

This squeegee is made well but I wish the rubber was a bit wider. I think it would’ve been more effective for removing water residue.
