oh my goodness! if you use a lot ...or any...of herbs, you absolutely need this pair of heavy duty 5 blade herb cutting scissors! especially for cilantro for sure! they are made of stainless steel, with a nice molted handle and a plastic cover to keep the blades sharp and protected. there are 5 blades...5!! so i was able to just throw my herbs in a bowl and go to town and within moments everything was cut up evenly and easily. they were easy to clean as well as very easy to use. no effort, no mess, no fuss. they cut the herbs quick;y and without effort. i simply had to open and close the handle. once i rinsed and washed them, i allowed to dry and replaced cover. easy peasy! and no more fighting with messy sticky herbs and getting them everywhere after fighting to get them cut or tore up to use! i am super happy. i was able to try this item at a discounted cost in return for my honest review.
