It seems like a great idea
I really wanted this to work. It seems like a great idea.First of all, there were no installation instructions but I went to the website & read that the product was supposed to have included some silicone glue to attach it with. I bought some heavy duty silicone glue, put up the holder, and let it set for 48 hours as instructed. It seemed to be fine. I filled the bottles as instructed. Overnight it fell & busted to bits!Perhaps if the holder had been located higher up it would have worked.Secondly, the dispenser nozzles are very small. Shampoo or conditioner has to watered down in order for it to dispense. (they don't tell you that)So now I have spent money and a considerable amount of time on this product. Not only do I have to buy bottles of shampoo, cream rinse, and shower gel to replace what went down the drain, I also have to figure out how to get this glue off my shower.AND, they don't take returns!

Needs separately bought parts to function in shower
This product doesn't come with suction cups for use in the shower. It gives you mounting hardware, so I guess they expect you to drill holes in the tile in your shower? Also you need a key to unlock the top to put shampoo and soap in. This obviously wasn't thought out when they designed it, but I guess you get what you pay for. I gave 2 stars because once I bought some suction cups separately and glued them to the back, this worked as I wanted it to. I also glued the 2 keys in the key holes on top so I don't lose them.

Beautiful dispenser set, but the attachment poses issues with tile
My son and I were so stoked to get this single soap dispenser set for his bathroom. It makes so easy to just fill it with his shampoo and go about his business. I'm glad he hasn't been home so that I can figure out how to attach it to the wall in his bathroom. First, the chrome/silver is super shiny - love it. The pieces are easy to put together and take apart and use. The top of the plastic tube has a special key hole in it. There is an included key that fits inside of the hole perfectly that you turn in order to open and fill the container. Then it goes back on easily and you use the key again to lock it in place. To dispense the shampoo (or soap or conditioner or body wash), just pull on the lever and it squirts out. Too easy. What the difficult part is, is figuring out how to attach it to our tile that my husband had applied. He flat out refused to screw it into the tile in my son's shower, or the tile in any of the other showers. Sigh. It is supposed to be attached with screws to where ever you want it. It comes with screws and screw holder things. You attach the backing to the wall first with the shiny side out, then the back of the dispenser has pegs that slide into the shiny backing. However, if you have beautiful tile that you don't want to drill in to, therein lies the issue. So, my husband has suggested that he go to the local hardware store to see if he can find something to attach it to the wall with - possibly some 3M sticky pieces, or some time of hard setting, waterproof adhesive. If not, it will turn in to a regular soap dispenser in the powder room - which is still pretty cool if you ask me. I'll keep you posted on how the alternative attachment goes this weekend.I purchased this at a reduced rate in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. These opinions and experiences are solely my own.

Unable to use because of how it's mounted.
I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of this 3 bottle soap dispenser. The plastic that goes on the wall is strong and doesn't look like it would break or bend from the weight of the bottles. Each container holds 16 ounces or 500ml.It came well packaged but without instructions. However, it's pretty self explanatory. The top of the container comes off and leaves you a wide area to refill it..Once the containers are snapped into place there is a key to lock them in place, which makes it great for commercial use.To get the shampoo or whatever you choose to use, you just pull the bottom upside down T. There is also a very nice indent for your thumb. My only issue is that I rent an apartment and wany to find another way to mount it. I did decide to try a name brand double sided water proof tape. This is my fault for not knowing, because, the pictures clearly show how it's supposed to be hung. . I can't drill into the fiber Glass type walls of my tub or shower. Same issue in the kitchen. The lack of instructions makes it possible to know if using an alternative method of hanging it will cause it to not function properly. I can't imagine too many people would be comfortable drilling into their showers that may have expensive tile or whatever. I think the design is flawed because of that. Anyway, I did try an alternate method and it caused an entire bottle of shampoo to somehow leak out over night. The other two canisters had no problem. I strongly suggest that you look at the pictures and see how it is screwed in, decide if you can do that because according to the seller it is the only way that it won't leak.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my fair and unbiased review. If you buy this you will see how honest my review is.
