An amazing production process
Not sure I can detect any difference from any other 'gourmet' salt but the production process is unusual and the product is great for cooking.

I COULDN`T SEE MYSELF WITHOUT THIS GORGEOUS -TASTING SCOTTISH SALT! I ALWAYS BUY AN ARRAY OF SALTS, ORGANIC, HAND-PICKED AND FROM DIFFERENT PLACES IN THE WORLD. NOT SHORT OF COMPARISONS YOU MIGHT SAY. I DON`T PARTICULARLY FEEL LIKE GOING TOO HIGH-FULUTING ON THE TASTE SIDE OF THINGS, ONLY TO SAY...IT`S BLOODY GOOD!
