I have only had the cleaner for less than a day, but I have employed the cleaner about 3 times since I got it. And I have come to the following conclusions.Pros* Very good price compared to most robot cleaners* Air filter and container for debris are easy to clean and replace.* Extremely easy to use, ready out of the boxCons* Cleaner is aimless and tends to clean at total random* Despite what is advertised, is really rather dismal at cleaning hair. the brushes have jammed about 6-7 times on hair alone. I have no pets and live alone, so I am the only source of the hair.* The robot cleaner has odd favoritism of trying to steer to the left. Even if it has been going in a circle for the past 10 minutes or if there is an obstacle or even a wall in the way. The cleaner will keep trying to steer until the bumper is finally fully compressed to prompt it to turn to the right. Once in a while decides to go in a straight line.* Poor ability to transition between hardwood and a slightly taller carpet. Tends to get stuck and require intervention.* Has a tendency to get stuck on obstacles. This includes door stoppers, lone wires, flat boxes, furniture, and sometimes even the wall itself if it manages to hit the wall in such a way that it hikes up the wall slightly rather than compresses the bumper. it has an alarm for when this event occurs, but the alarm frequently fails to trigger, leaving it to idly try to move with its wheels in the air until someone finally notices and corrects it.

The item was purchased to keep our floors clean. With pets, it is easier to have this type of item to help with the floors. My husband charged the item and more than the recommended 8 hours, and the product did not turn on. My husband wanted to give the product the benefit of the doubt and so he ordered another one. He charged it for more than 8 hours and again, it did not work. He called the company and spoke with one of the workers who apologized for the poor product. But there was no offer to replace the item again, receive something in it's place;it was just an apology. An apology without action is not worth much.Sincerely,Irritated customer

I had the worst luck with this purchase, I bought mine and when it arrive after trying everything on the manual the vacuum didn’t start, so I return it and request another one and to my surprise the second one was the same thing. I try every single thing in the manual and I charge both of them for hours before starting to use them and nothing happened they just won’t start.

I have a Roomba 900 series that I use on the first floor of my house. I really wanted to get one for the 2nd floor, but I couldn’t justify the cost. I decided to get one of these simpler vacuums instead. I am very happy with it. In the morning I place it in a room and press the on button. I let it clean for an hour and then I put it to charge before moving to the next room. It does a great job of cleaning up the dust, cat hair, and debris that spreads around the hardwood (I have no carpet). The dust bin packs a lot more than I would expect and the suction on the vacuum is great. I also love how easy it is to remove the brushes to clean them when stuff gets wrapped around it. They snap right on and off (Roomba has a screw that needs to be removed). Maintenance is also much simpler. It doesn’t have any of the bells and whistles that a $500 vacuum has, but at a fraction of the cost, it is a much better value. I would recommend.

I bought this brand new vacuum cleaner from amazon. I charged for overnight , it doesn’t work. I surprised to see such thing. This is my first experience ever. I won’t buy any smart/robot vacuum cleaner like this. I will not suggest anyone would buy this type cheap line off brand smart/ robot vacuum machine

Got this for a Christmas present for my daughter. It does not work on carpets and it’s very loud when running.
