## Description

SpongeBob SquarePants has gotten himself into quite a predicament. After being entrusted by Mr. Krabs to keep the Krabby Patty formula safe, he is overcome with grief for losing the recipe. He then relies on the help of the most unlikely companion, Plankton, who wants the secret Krabby Patty recipe to himself. With the help of his friend, SpongeBob must use Plankton's memory machine to retrace the happiest moments of his life to find the Krabby Patty formula in time for the Krusty Krab's Eleventy Seventh anniversary.

With that being said, I am still young at heart and love me some SpongeBob. This happens to be a coin collecting game, which I just happen to love. You accumulate coins quickly and you don't lose them if you just happen to get hit or lose a life. It's a very vibrant and colorful game...it's what I wish I was doing when I'm at work! All ages will enjoy this game.

A: SpongeBob Truth or Square (as of May 21, 2020) is not included in the XB1 backward compatibility list. It cannot be played on Xbox One at this time.

A: This is multiplayer, but pretty much like Eduardo mentions, you can only play as plankton as a 2nd player until the final boss battle where he is unavailable, as he's the mpc enemy boss that you fight. But, for Patrick and sandy, they are available in the game, but their as a one of thoose temporary upgrade pack throughout the game. You know, one of those power upgrade packs that you get throughout the game that only works for a short time, one of those deals. Their not as accessible as they were compared to their battle for bikini bottom counter parts unfortunately.

**Q: Is this in any way like battle for bikini bottom or spongebob the movie game based off the 2004 movie?**
A: It's made by the same studio that made those two games and is very similar. It's basically their trilogy of 3 games. Some people might say this one isn't quite as good as the other two but it's still one of the "good" spongebob games in a heap of bad ones.

I have never written a review in my life - I have always been pretty happy with my amazon purchases, but I am now pissed. My son had been waiting for this and now he is melting down. The company that makes this "version" sucks. And as one would suspect, I am not the only one this has happened to according to the reviews.
