Not all that!
We purchased our first pair of these via Amazon (2016). We loved them ... For about 6-8 months. Then they began to become super firm, not soft firm...but bordering on hard firm. At that time we did not know they came with a warranty. We purchased our second pair via a different site (better price) about 9 months ago (2018). The result is the same as the first pair, too hard and firm after 6-8 months of use. We will be contacting the warranty company to see what they might offer. The warranty is 3years. Our experience is less than 9 months of usability!
