Disappointed to say the least. Less than 6 months and the spray head will not function properly. Can not switch back and forth from spray to stream. No way to service the head and make repairs. Went to the web site this morning and it says it is under construction. NO phone number to make any contact with a real person. Faucet should last 5 years under normal family use. Usually I am lenient when it comes to reviews, but am tired of products that preach quality & satisfaction and fail to deliver.Update: 1-3-18Found another email address after searching the literature that came with the faucet and was contacted by the company within 36 hrs.. They apologized for the issue and offered to send a new faucet head as a replacement. They indicated it was an upgraded version. It came quickly despite courier needing a signature for the part. So far it appears to work better than the original. Time will tell. I have upgraded my review since the basic faucet has held up okay and seems to function properly and is generally is easy to use . Still disappointed in failure of the faucet head, thus only four stars

Purchased for kitchen renovation. Looks nice, installed easy. However, after 1 month of use the button to switch water between stream and spray does not function properly. We are unable to switch from spray to normal stream of water. While the spray style is useful, it is not preferred for washing things like baby bottles.UPDATED 1/9/2018I was contacted by the seller and they quickly sent a replacement sprayer. Easy to swap out and solved the issue. If you purchase this faucet and receive a sprayer with 1 button instead of 2, contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Really impressed by the quality and finish of this faucet. Only had it installed for a few weeks so I can't speak as to its long-term reliability yet, but so far I'm very happy with it. The controls work very well and the pause button is a great feature. It's just as nice to look at and handle as the $300 retail commercial-style faucets I was considering before buying this. Installation was easy, and Gicasa includes 1/2" to 3/8" fitting adapters which was nice because I did end up needing them and it saved me a few bucks and a run to the store. A friend has already bought this same faucet after seeing it at my place.

We have only had this for 2 months, but it is gorgeous in our new farmhouse style kitchen!Easy to use. Easy to clean. Assembled by a professional when he redid our countertops so I can't personally speak to the setup.It is a statement piece in our kitchen, and it is usually the first thing people notice and compliment when they are in our home.

Wonderful faucet. Easy to install and very well made. And the price was awesome!!UPDATE:I had forgotten to mention the customer service had emailed me to see if I was happy. A couple of months later the sprayer stopped switching from spray to stream so I emailed them back and they mailed me a replacement spray head! I’m so thrilled to find a company who backs their products!!

Had been debating on buying this for $90 or the name brand one (exact same style) for $200. So glad we got this one! We have had it installed for a month now. Easy to install and it is BEAUTIFUL! Sprayer works perfectly and doesn’t splash water all over my countertop.

I have a similar issue as someone else. About 6months after installing the faucet, the spray nossle no longer switches sway setting and it has loss a lot of pressure.I need to see if the company can replace it.7/2/18 updateI received the new spray nossle and have been using it for over a week. It works perfectly. But the original didn't start malfunctioning until 4 months. I updated my stars to 4 just because the original spray nossle was a lemon. I'll update again if this one has issues.

Very substantial. I wanted a utilitarian, commercial look for a laundry room. The quality is apparent, works flawlessly. Easy to install with all the components you will need included. 10 stars.
