Seriously Effective!
One little dish, perhaps 1/2 cup, and the rat was gone! It showed up on my deck, eating bird seed dropped by the birds. I freaked. Then it came out during the middle of the day, to get some bird seed. I put down a small tray of RatX, mixed in a little bird seed in hopes of drawing the rat from the decking to the tray. Almost 1/2 the tray gone in the morning and I have not seen the rat since!! The resident squirrel also tried some and it did not harm it at all, it's still here stealing seed and having fun. I'm keeping a supply on hand!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I wrote a review on their discs, so I’d like to post some parts of that here as well since the same info applies.I apologize for the all capital letter title. Just know that this stuff doesn’t work. Well, that isn’t 100% accurate since I don’t know what would happen to the mice and rats if they ate this. Why? Because THE WON’T EAT IT!I bought the discs back in March, and I even went so far as to buy their little bait stations too. I placed the station right next to a hole where mice were entering my home. Of course they simply avoided it. I set up a night vision capable camera and watched them walk around it rather than go inside and eat the bait. So, I placed a disc outside of the station and still in front of the hole. They literally crawled over it and just went along their merry way.So then I took some of these pellets. I put them in a tray with some bird seed, uncooked rice (because that’s what they got into the last time in my house - a brand new bag of rice), and even some cheese. Guess what they ate? EVERYTHING BUT THESE PELLETS. I had so hope that maybe some of the powder from the pellets did something to those little critters, but the mice problem persisted. So I did what any partially sane person (since I was losing my sanity because of these mice) would do at this point: I crushed some up and sprinkled it all over various foods. One bowl of rice. Later a bowl of dry cereal. I tried so many things, and then I even put out cheese with the dust sprinkled on it. Guess what? These little critters now avoided all the foods they were eating inside my home! WOW! It seems to me that this stuff doesn’t attract them at all, but instead, it makes them not want to eat stuff. So what about outside? Nope, not a single bite. I placed bait stations outside too. I even got some other brand ones with bigger openings so the rats coming down from the hillside would fit. They crawled on top of the stations rather than go inside. And when I put bait on top of the station, they didn’t even pay them any attention. Mice and Rats are simply not attracted to this bait at all, so how could it possibly work if they won’t eat it? I have no clue what to do to entice them to eat these darn things.I was so hopeful that this would reduce their numbers, but I was deeply disappointed. What a waste of my hard earned money. If I was still within the return window, I would pack all of this useless stuff back up in the bags to get a refund. Yes, I have all the discs still because the mice and rats won’t even sniff this stuff let alone eat it. And I have the bag of pellets about half full.Save your money and buy something else that’s more effective. I don’t know how other people got the mice and rats to eat this stuff, but I’ve got some crazy smart rodents that are just built different.

Rats and mice GONE
Having chickens it’s hard to keep rats and mice away. However that’s not the case anymore. This stuff works. Within 3 days they were gone and have not seen one in 2 months. Just make sure you melt peanut butter and dump on them as they don’t really want it without. I also used bacon grease in the other bait box.

product too hard for even a rat to chew
The rats and mice just strewed the pellets around, so I tried different sweeteners to coat them with. Still the same results So I decided to crush them into a powder and make PeanutButter balls.when I hit the pellets with a hammer it just bounced off of them. I finally had to crush each pellet with a pair of pliers. It's little wonder why the rats didn't eat any of them. Now I don't know if the pellets were just so old, they atrophied or they are made that way. I now have to wait and see if my peanut Butterball idea works. I hope so i don't want to use a more painful method of getting rid of our rat problem. Added cementI noticed the rats came for my bird seed so i tried a new formular. I melted peanut butter in hot water stirred in a handful of bird seed and poured in the hot water. they are now eating my mixture twice a dayi have been through two 3 lb bags of poison and am starting on my third 3lb bag and so far It just looks like i am feeding them a Gorma meal. i still have a dozen baby's and a few adults all over my porchI don't yet know if Rat X is effective in getting rid of them. When I find out I will let you know.Update : It's now been 9lbs of rat X and no visible results. being discouraged I had to resort to buying Tom Cat rat traps. The pack of 4 very durable and effective. Grose i must admit. So far i have caught 19 rats and 2 mice . The worst part is when they are only practically caught and suffering.I had caught 2 this way. Not knowing what else to do I dropped them in a bucket of water, trap and all. I had to wait till they drowned to dispose of them. To horrific to go into detail as to what that involved. As for Rat X the jury is still out. Will it kill if you only have a few I don't know.

A necessary evil.
While I hate the idea of killing anything sometimes you just have to. As long as this doesn’t get wet it works very well and the best part is it doesn’t harm pets or other animals.

Safe for everything except rats!
This is a product that was specifically developed for killing rats while being safe for other wildlife. It works! Rats eat it, eventually go to sleep and never wake up. I've used it before and have recommended it to my neighbors. It is not harmful to pets or other animals, and is not harmful to hawks, owls or other birds that feast on carrion.

works like a charm.
this stuff is heaven sent, ITs safe to use around pets 100% and if a rat or mouse eats the poison and a owl eats the rat it won't hurt the owl at all, or if your cat gets a hold of a mouse that has eaten the poison it won't hurt em, and it works awesome, this stuff is a natural chemical that trigger the rats and mouses brain to stop drinking, so they get dehydrated and return to there den to die, so no smells from decaying rodents to smell, stuff is amazing.
