It does not go up us high is our usual chairs, nor does it seeM as well made. We will go back to Boss

I'm considering returning this stool. It smells AWFUL! A very strong chemical odor that gets into my clothes from sitting on it and it's smelling up the room. I just contacted the company, Sivan Health and Fitness, to see exactly WHAT this smell is! I hope it isn't something toxic! Other than the horrible smell, it's a great chair. But if I don't get answers and the smell stays, I'm returning this.

Purchased two of these for our front desk. They roll great and are very comfortable, but in less than one year, both have broken in the same way. One of the black arms that extend from the center pole and attach to the wheel snapped in half. I'll be looking for a different item to purchase.

for a tiny clinic room, this is a good chair--not too large, but very supportive, easy to move around and assemble. Its good! Just be sure you get the color you meant to order!

I read a previous reviewer's feedback that this chair smells awful. I figured it was someone who possibly had a sensitive nose. I mean, how bad could it be? It is bad enough for me to come write this review. Absolutely awful. I have tried several tricks to reduce the smell. I still cannot sit on this chair for longer than 2-3 minutes because of the smell. I figured the smell would go away in a few days, but several weeks later and it is still strong. I am now past my deadline to return it, so I'm stuck with this thing stinking up the place. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!

This is an excellent product! It arrived fast, was super easy to put together, looks great and is really comfortable. It's sturdy, it rolls well and adjusts in height easily. Three thumbs up!

It was broke when it arrived.

The product came in an old cardboard box. Both items were completely soaked with some sort of pesticide that left residual everywhere in the house, on hands, on anything touched. It was horrible. Even let it air out in covered area outside which my neighbors complained about the smell - it was that bad. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Pro: arrived on time. Cons: I am sure I did not get a new piece. Most importantly, an important component Five point base totally MISSING!

I use this chair in my sewing room. It's comfortable to sit in for long periods of time and rolls nicely. I do find the height a bit difficult to adjust but once you have it where you want it, it's a good chair.

This chair is very uncomfortable and the pneumatic lift start failing after two months. I would not recommend this chair!
