Fits a straight leg canopy well
This tent seems like a very nice addition for a straight leg 10x10 canopy. I have a Leader Accessories Instant Canopy and it fit perfectly. I decided to do a test run at home before trying to take it out; it took about 15 minutes to set up the canopy and tent by myself and no issues were encountered. Setup was easy enough to understand without any guidance. Clip the top center to the canopy before you raise it, and everything else can be clipped on once the canopy is up.The tent material seems thin - I am a little concerned about longevity. It's weighs very little, maybe 13 pounds. However, I put it up and down twice without any problems so I won't ding them on the material since it's holding up so far. Next to my 42 pound canopy bag it feels like almost nothing, so it's extremely easy to transport. If you flatten it, fold it, and then roll it, it fits in its carry bag very easily. The rolled down window flaps tuck away into little pouches; screens keep the bugs out. I've attached some pictures showing the inside with a cot for scale. It can easily sleep a couple of people with tons of room to spare.Update: I did a field set up in the dark after a bad start to a camping trip and was able to get set up by myself without any issues. It took about 25 minutes from opening the bag on my canopy to having everything clipped in and staked down. It would definitely go faster if I'd had help. The tent handled some of the hardest rain I've seen for 10 minutes straight without a drop of water getting inside. When not raining, I kept the windows open just a bit while sleeping to keep it from getting muggy inside since the tent can keep moisture in just as easily as keeping it out.Because the tent material is so thin, I found that it ground straps could start to rip away when staking the tent to the ground if the material was already pulled tight. A lot of care must be taken with this tent not to pull anything too tight or it will definitely start coming apart - the tent is relatively fragile in that regard. However, with this understanding in mind I'm still pretty happy with it overall. It's exactly what I wanted.

Wish I had thought of it!
This is a very smart product, executed well. I already had a tan awning, so I was forced to buy the lighter, less expensive version if I wanted to match colors.I was surprised (and pleased) by how light and small the tent is when packed. It weighs just a few pounds since it doesn't have poles or stakes included. The base is plenty rugged although we used a tarp underneath as well. This version has two doors and two windows, with shades to zip closed for privacy. There are plenty of toggles and ties inside and a series of pockets to keep things off the ground. The directions were clear although I made the mistake of not reading them until I had put up the awning. I needed to hook-up the center, peak of the tent to the inside of the awning before I raised the awning's legs, d'uh. You can't reach high enough otherwise. It slept a family of four with no trouble. We were three wide and one across the bottom although we could easily have gone four wide. There is plenty of extra space for bags and gear. The only thing I'd change are the ties that attach the corners of the tent to the awning legs. They are simple, sewn strips of tent nylon. I could see after one use that they will not last long as the stitching was pulling out as I untied them. I would use Velcro or more of the plastic hooks they already use to hang the tent around the top of the awning. It is really not much of an issue, just the only thing I noticed that wasn't great all weekend.Everyone loved it and in hindsight, I don't think I'd want the heavier version. This one is perfect for us in Florida.

Genius idea for a tent!
We love this tent. It has now been made with ceiling vents--wish we could swap it out-just for the ideal ventilation purposes. It is so easy to set up. This works for us as 2 adults with a queen cot/air mattress set up we also bought on Amazon. We feel like we finally found a tent we are willing to deal with for tent camping. The only way we would make it better? Make one for a 12 x 12 canopy frame please! UPDATE (Sept 2015): we have now had this tent for 2 years, and have gone camping at least a half dozen times in it. EVERY TIME it has rained. And one storm just recently was horrible. This tent has withstood it ALL. The only rain that has gotten in the tent is through the window zippers--and it wasn't that much. Not sure if the water came through the door zippers too since they are pretty much where the window zippers are located. Though dealing with the weather WE had is not recommended-when it occurs you make a decision. Since we didn't want to lose our camping gear, my husband held onto the canopy frame through the tent wall, he said he could tell that the canopy cover had come loose during the storm and water was starting to pool on the tent roof--he was knocking it off, but the tent roof still didn't leak. We have never waterproof sprayed the tent just our canopy roof. WE DID stake down the frame, and staked the guy wires for the canopy roof and the tent. This likely also assisted in weathering the storm (the wind was strong enough it pulled the stake taking the brunt of the storm, out of the ground). A family member who always seemed doubtful about our 'different' tent stated this last time that they were 'totally impressed' with this tent as they have expected us to come out soaking wet or destroyed every time this has happened. Yeah it sounds crazy--you trying camping in the Midwest. What has probably also helped is that we always put down a tarp under the tent. This time due to a rocky ground, we put three--you could tell water had washed between the tarp layers, but we did not get any water through the floor. If you set up for living outside correctly, want to be able to stand up in your tent, like having double-duty equipment, easy set-up and something that stand up to the rain--this is your tent.

It's FANTASTIC! The BEST... BUT...
I'll get the negative out of the way... DO NOT go camping with this tent without first airing it out or you'll be sorry! The smell is so bad that our first two nights we slept in the truck! It was that bad! I get it as there's what's called "Plastisizers" that "De-gas" when it's first opened. So take the gross factory smells, and the cigarette smell from those in their manufacturing and sewing shop, (you know where it's made so don't even ask), and it's beyond words. So bad, I couldn't sleep in it and we, (the dog and myself), slept in the truck. By the third day it was just OK. The other negative was the zippers were glued shut in some areas making it a pain to work open and zip back n' forth to work out the excessive sloppy glue job. That being said, the positive... THIS TENT IS GREAT! Airflow is very controllable because of the two zippered doors that are also screen doors and two big screen windows! Very nice! Then they have accessory holders at the four sides which is real nice! The bottom is a reinforced tub type heavy tarp like plastic which makes the bottom waterproof and because it's tub-like, the floor creeps up the sides a bit making sure nothing is going to seep in. They have a center ceiling hook should you want a center hanging light. Outside are clips all around so it securely fastens to your frame. The shell appears to be waterproof/water repellent too. Before we got out because of the smell on night one, it started to rain. My canopy top allowed rain water to seep on to this inner tent but I just watched the water bead right off the inner tent and we stayed nice and dry. (But then left for the truck because of the smell.) Anyhow, I wasn't paid or this wasn't donated, so you have my honest opinion. It started out a pointless, negative 5 star disaster but made a strong finish of 5 stars. So I don't hesitate making the highest recommendation for it. Hope this helps, -Mike

Great tent for your canopy.
Good tent for the price. Purchased for use on a 9 day road trip from Illinois to Idaho and back. Used it under a 10x18 canopy from Gander Mountain (now closed). We experienced temp ranges from 30-80 degrees F, winds gusting up to 35mph, elevations from 500-5200ft, and tent help up well. No precipitation experience so can't vouch for that. Looming heavy thunderstorm had us packing up before rain began (at 430 in the morning no less). Tent went up and tore down rapidly. Set up the canopy, toss a tarp down (used a 10x12), and install the Standing Room tent. We also purchased a truck bed tent and ended up using this more because of ease of setup. Highly recommend using tie down loops and steaks to secure the canopy and tent in higher winds as it makes a lot of flapping noise, which is to be expected. Also recommend putting a ground cover/tarp down before putting tent up. The tent bottom can take it but will last longer if a ground cover is used under it. Held warmth with everything zipped up. No condensation issues when sleeping 2 adults and zipped up.We did not experience the issues other reviewers posted about tearing and ripping of the triangle shaped tie downs that hold the tent wall corners to the canopy poles. No ripping of the loops or triangle shaped steak down points on the sides under the windows. Only complaint is the zippers, the pulls feel cheap and kept getting the storm flap material caught in the teeth. Not a deal breaker but was annoying at times in the dark. Nothing broke or ripped during 9 days of solid use, including setup and tear down each day when moving from KOA to KOA. Also purchased paracord to string around the loops inside the tent and leave for hanging floor length curtains to keep sun out or to keep heat in. If it can stand up to all that it would be great for those looking for something to use in the back yard or as a spare tent for guests. Not regretting purchase and plan on taking it to a trip to Mount Rushmore next fall.
