Review: Missing one clutch felt - You only get one felt so if you realistically want to protect your hi hats then you have to split the one to get two thinner one to be used for both cymbals of the hi hats, which also is quite soft so after splitting it will whittle and stick to the hole of the hi hats. Granted if you didn’t have any extra hi hat felts already which you could assume if someone would be buying this product. Otherwise good product with a quick and reliable release mechanism.

**Q: Will it work with a dw hi hat stand?**
A: Don’t just take my word for it, but to me it seems to be standard size to fit most hi hat rods. I use the quick release on all my tama ultra light stands & honestly the quick clutch is the way tuh go for any gigging drummer…..you can always return it 🤷🏻‍♂️

You only get one felt so if you realistically want to protect your hi hats then you have to split the one to get two thinner one to be used for both cymbals of the hi hats, which also is quite soft so after splitting it will whittle and stick to the hole of the hi hats. Granted if you didn’t have any extra hi hat felts already which you could assume if someone would be buying this product. Otherwise good product with a quick and reliable release mechanism.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top quality hi-hat clutch

I've used a lot of different hi-hat clutches, and this is my current favourite. I like the way that the red washer allows the top cymbal to move more freely than a normal felt, and so the sound is less choked. However, it still holds the cymbal in place. I swap between hi-hats quite a lot, and the quick release mechanism works well for me.
