Q: Would this brake be capable of bending 20 or 18 gauge sheet metal at the 4' length?

I would be comfortable bending 20 gauge with mine. 18 is getting heavy for this unit but would probably do it occasionally.

Q: Will this work to make chimney flashing?

It will bend any flashing metal as long as it is 22 Ga or less. I build many different flashings using this brake. I use it for duct work, flashings, even small fascia repairs. I love that it is so portable.

Q: Does it come with those amazing safety goggles that the guy is wearing in the pictures?
