I am extremely happy with this purchase and it is an excellent buy. Tablet performs beautifully but I need to emphasize that itwill not update and there is also an important point that the additional micro card has some drawbacks. You can save photos and or video only. The Android 5.1 Lollipop does not support file transfers of apps but there is sufficient space available on internal storage. The cameras are satisfactory a little blurry when using a video call but still OK for the price just hold tablet at least 12" away it is fine. Still photos and video is satisfactory as well at this price point! I compared this tablet to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (of which I purchased for my girlfriend at significant savings but couldn't afford another one costing far more) but you really can't tell much of a difference in performance. I recommend downloading Google Now so it will look exactly like Android Marshmallow and doesn't effect speed of performance but the tablet will look and feel like an update to Marshmallow. So, in conclusion if you are on a budget and can't purchase a more expensive tablet get this one, In addition, you get the micro sd card, a case, AC charger adapter, a USB adapter dongle and earbuds to boot!

Over 3 months ago, I was in the market for an Android tablet..After a long search, and reading so many positive reviews on Amazon and even on You Tube, I chose this Pacific Tech professional 9.6 tablet. It had everything I wanted, including the ability to make phone calls, with the addition of a Sim card. The price was fantastic, the looks were great and it worked like a charm..I was elated , until..one day the tablet refused to power up and seemed dead to the world..At a loss, I contacted customer service, in the person of Mr. William Lee. He instructed me to try and reset the tablet and when this did not work, without a moment of hesitation, Mr.Lee asked me to send the tablet to a specified address and assured me I would be receiving a brand new tablet. And this is exactly what happened in a very short timeThese Pacific Tech tablets are fantastic..the quality is superior, the screen resolution is high end, I do not regret this purchase for a minute. I recommend anyone who is looking at this product, not to hesitate to go for it. Where would one get a tablet of such quality, at a moderate price, with excellent customer service to boot? They do have your back !I am enjoying this tablet, more than words can express, and I want to take the opportunity to thank Amazon for carrying this product, also Pacific tech for making it affordable and particularly Mr. William Lee for a great service.

My wife pat can't put it down. long battery life, great graphics and easy android system. she loves it. We an issue today,2\25\17 and they responded by e mail within 1/2 hour. These people are really customer service oriented. You can almost carry on a conversation with them by e mail. Terrific company. Unfortunately, the machine died twice and could only recover once. The company was very helpful withe return and We would still recommend them at the highest level. While the machine was operating, it was great. What do you have to lose?

Purchased this tablet for e-mail, Facebook and web searching etc. The tablet came well packaged and was exactly as described. It is quick, responsive and does everything I need it to do. Although the instruction book has small print and I am not very technically inclined, I was able to have it up and running within an hour or so.Upon purchase, I received a thank you e-mail from Pacific TECH along with contact information. I did have an issue and sent them an e-mail. I received a response within two hours and the issue was completely resolved. They were very helpful.I believe this tablet is a great value and would offer my recommendation.

Nice size, beautiful screen resolution, but the phone companies service will not support the tablet function. I tried both AT&T and T-Mobile without success. So disappointed. I will keep it and try using it as tablet only on Wi-Fi when I get home internet after the first of the year. The battery pulled down too fast, also. It will be necessary to use it close to a power outlet. But it is a nice comfortable size with great screen resolution.

Very unhappy. Looks great but even just one app download can take hours. There appears to be an issue.

The color is amazing. The sound is louder than most of the tablets I own, which is great. The case is nice and I like that it has a stand as well. Great Product. The only con would be that is that my niece says she has to charge it quite often. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product.

Unit arrived well packaged, but would not hold a battery charge. This unit billed as GSM-unlocked, but would not work with a new SIM card. I did verify that my SIM card worked in another phone. This device was defective out of the box and will be returned for a refund.
