I had a similar product from X-clude (version 1 - I guess), and it is outstanding, especially to eliminate fungus gnats. This productis used in combination with Gnatrol ( a soil additive which only kills the larvae and lasts in the soil for 4 days max which limits its usefor plants who don't like being soaked for long periods ). Once the plant is watered, the gnats come to the surface and fly around.I spray the X-clude on the topsoil and around the plant, thus killing all the flying insects which ultimately would mate and begin thecycle again.

I only have to spray everything once a year- once it's indoors it's good to go
I use this on my orchids and decorative houseplants when I bring them indoors in fall (except on jades and other succulents- it's problematic for them and caused leaf drop in my jade). This stuff is magic. I only have to spray everything once a year- once it's indoors it's good to go. No whitefly or gnat issues at all.Best to not spray on blooms or when beneficial insects like bees are out.

It WORKS!
We had a fungus gnat infestation, in our money tree of all things. We tried everything and nothing worked until this spray called Whitmire - 1600 X-Clude Spray Formula 2 (in combination with Gnatrol. Between the two of them, the gnats were gone! Wonderful product. Thanks!

This is the real deal that professional greenhouses use to grow such beautiful plants that have no gnats on or near them. It works just as well in the home. This is the only product that I have found to completely control fungus gnats. A little goes a long way, and it works great on spiders too!
