These have no reviews and are the most expensive covers. What is your return policy? I’m ok with paying more, but not if these aren’t the best.

These are the best, bar none, for protection with the AirPods Max. The others with only TPU, the TPU and PC on these are AMAZING. Have been using them for a while and can let you know first hand, the only other brand I'd use is Apple IF they made a first party shell case... even then I'd give these a HARD look. The others you'll notice are all TPM (mushy) or silicone/partial which come off easily. These do NOT come off easily. The are ON there once they're there. Make sure they're clean with microfiber before putting them on for that reason!

Has anyone experienced this product scuffing up their AirPods even slightly?

Not at all and I have had them for months now.

What part is polycarbonate and what part is TPU?

TPU is around the outside edges so you can bend and fit around the ear cups. The PC is on the outside part. You can see a circular lamination where one starts and one ends in the close up pics above.

Do they cover any of the microphones ?

No they don’t. I take daily calls with these covers on and people don’t have any issues hearing me.
