Hour hand was loose and just hanging at the "6" ...
Hour hand was loose and just hanging at the "6". NON-RETURNABLE so took the clock apart and fixed the hand problem. Put the battery in and while it is true that there is no "ticking" there most certainly is a humming. Will put it in the basement laundry room...can't hear it there.

So loud and hands were bent.
For a non-ticking clock, this clock is incredibly loud. It also doesn’t keep time properly. The hands are bent or something which makes it stop telling time. If there was an option for 0 stars I would use it!

I thought it was just the battery but it looks like i got a clock that can’t so time
I just replaced battery twice in a 2 month period and now the time is off again. I thought it was just the battery but it looks like i got a clock that can’t so time :-(. Not happy at all. Not evem a year old .....

Pure garbage stopped working after two weeks.
This clock lasted for two weeks before it stopped working altogether. And now I see it is not eligible for returns for some reason. Avoid this pile of garbage!
