The keychain carving shows a beautiful presentation of the Goddess Guanying (or Kuan Yin, also known as Avalokitesvara Bodisattva in India, Goddess of Mercy in English) in a serene and relaxed posture. As the Goddess' name implies, she perceives the cries of the world, and relieves pain and suffering for people going through hardships or difficult times. In Asia, Guanyin is believed to be the primary protector for women, children and the elderly.

Beautiful Workmanship, simply lovely !!!
Love this key fob although I will never put her to that kind of duty. The carving has very nice detail and carefully constructed beading. I was surprised to feel the sweet strong energy that emanated from it when I first touched her,,,, quite powerful for such a small totem. The little zippered bag is both well made and of nice quality materials. I am thinking to get several more to give as gifts for friends and family.
