Constantly Not Working - No Customer Support
This is the second OCam monitor system I have purchased (my other is an M1) Unfortunately, I had to change my review of this camera since it is constantly not working. When it does work, it's great - night vision is very clear and sound is good. But after repeatedly having to uninstall and reinstall and connect the camera to the app on my phone, not sure if it will work, I'm beyond frustrated. The plug in the back is also very awkward and difficult to connect.I had great customer service with my M1 camera (which works much better) and now the email addresses for the OCam support are coming up as invalid and I have not received any communication from them after contacting them through their website for customer support. I'm going to attempt to return this and possibly purchase another M1 but I'm not sure if I want to give OCam any more business.

RUN!! Utterly useless piece of trash
Nothing about this camera works. From scanning the suggested app on the box, to detecting the camera to linking to wi-fi, not a single thing works. Complete and utter waste of money.

After 1 hour frustration trying to set up this camera ...
After 1 hour frustration trying to set up this camera it didn't display anything on my phone, was saying connecting and that's it.The ocam app is constantly crushing and every time I had to start set up all over again. It is really a pain to connect this camera to a phone, not everyone can figure out how to do this. I returned it.

Great little camera!
UPDATED REVIEWIt worked great for a while, but I’m ready to toss this in the trash. It won’t stay connected. Constantly having to reset. Over it.OLD REVIEWThis is the second OCAM camera we own. We decided to use this one around our front porch to keep an eye on things while we're gone.The setup directions on the box were a little tricky (for me). Do yourself a favor and watch the YouTube video instead.The camera itself is cute (looks a lot like BB-8 from Star Wars!), small and lightweight. It comes with a wall mount as well as a stand.The picture quality is good. Much better than our other (older) OCAM. You can manually move the camera angle up or down, or turn from side to side.The new OCAM+ app is super easy to use and allows you to view your images from anywhere.Something to note: it makes a rather loud beeping noise when going on and offline. It doesn't happen often, but if this were in a child's room, it would most likely wake them up.This product was sent to me free in exchange for my honest review.

Love this camera!
This camera is great! They come in the coolest compact packaging and are super easy to setup. We use ours as a baby monitor. The camera has great video and sound quality. They can be used as a security cameras as well, there is a date/time stamp present while the camera is monitoring. There is also ability to record which we dont use much bc we use ours as a baby monitor. Once we dont need this as baby monitor we'll begin using ours as a security cam. The app is easy to setup on your mobile device, ipad, etc. Its nice not to have another hand-held device, all you need is your phone and you're good to go! The customer service we received from OCam was superb! There are very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend buying this camera!

Scrap it
Worthless and the second one I have had from this company. It gets very warm. It will not connect to my wifi. I seen other reviews where the one's who get it to connect have loss of connection all the time. Not for me. Needs to go back to the drawing board. I am a huge fan of Canary. Easy to hook up and works from get go with many pluses.
